I have just been sitting here thinking about my
childhood and the things that my dad taught me,
and how much I miss him.
On the light side he taught me some tounge twisters,
one which as if it was yesterday but I must have been somewhere between 6 and 10 years old. It went
something like this:
As I was going to Arkansas I saw Esau sitting on a
see saw sawing with a hand saw. That saw that Esau
sawed with out sawed any saw that I ever saw, saw.
*************
Another one that I think I learned in school went like this.
Peter Piper picked a peck of pickle peppers, a peck of
pickle peppers Peter Piper picked.
It is strange how things come back to you years
and years later for no apparent reason.

HOW IS J. AFTER SURGERY IN MY PRAYERS.
Hi Virginia. She is doing OK. Her vital signs are all right and
she is resting good. Thanks for asking and praying--Larry
I remember the one about Peter Piper from school and a book I have from my childhood. I also taught those and some more like the woodchuck to our son. I saw your comment on my brother's blog on here (Jackshoss) and thought that I would stop by. I too miss the way blogster used to be. Our Mom is Bluegrasslady. My brother's wife is experiencinggod on here too. I got them all to blogging. My hubby and son used to blog on here too. My hubby was Psycho60s and our son Defyinggravity101. Now it is more just my Mom and I blog some on here but her and I are at another site too. Still not like the blogster of old.
Jenn
You got that right, Jenn. Thank you for the enlightenment. I used to
get some very good religous articles from the blogs, not too many
anymore.
I haven't been here in a while. Just stopped in to wish you a good day !
The other Larry.
